This is the first installment of the series Lab 304 on the program “Outlook.” Mike Youngren produced this story on the Robert C. Byrd telescope at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in Greenbank, West Virginia. Bob Wilkinson and Chuck Frostick were the videographers for this piece. Wilkinson was also the video editor.
